Corrected a slight bug in the incoming comms links, if an exception occurs while processing a message and writing the response, the comms link will attempt to send back the exception to the outgoing link, allowing for exception propagation across boundary; this came to light owing to the previous communications bug, if an exception happened on the incoming link while processing, the outgoing link was frozen waiting for a response back.
